SDC (Garrett) Intercooler

Our SDC intercooler uses a industry leading Garrett core with our specially designed side tanks. This combination makes the intercooler extremely efficient in lowering the intake temperature of your hydrospace engine.

SDC Billet Water Manifold

This manifold allows you to remove the OEM water manifold and thermostat. Made form billet aluminium and annodised for superior protection against corrosion.

SDC Water Pump Block Off Plate

This plate allows you to remove the water pump while leaving the water pump shaft in place. Made form billet aluminium and annodised for superior protection against corrosion

SDC Open Loop Cooling Kit

After many hours of testing and development, the Open loop cooling kit is a great upgrate for any hydrospace engine. This kit allow the hydrospace engine to run cooler, while also eliminating several problematic parts including the water pump and the thermostat.

SDC Heavy Duty Engine Studs

SDC H/D engine studs are a direct replacement for the oem part. Our studs are 8mm in diameter built from high grade materials to ensure they wont fail.

Head Surfacing

SDC Lightened Flywheel

This flywheel is extensively modified to allow the engine to accelerate much quicker.  The oem magnets are replaced by a bolt on magnets to ensure they stay in place!


800cc Piston

These pistons are available for use with our SDC 800cc Sleeves. They are lightweight and strong to withstand the sxtreme pressures developed by modified Hydrospace engine.

Carrillo Con Rods (Set of 2)

Carrillo rods are build to exceptional tolerances to ensure each rod produced are both strong and light weight. These Rods are a must for any Open spec Hydrospace engines.

Lightened and Balanced OEM Crankshaft

Our lightened & balanced crankshafts assist in allowing the engine to accelerate faster. Removing unnecessary weight also improves the crankshafts strength. After the lightening process each crankshaft is balanced on our electronic balancing machine.

Heavy Duty 800cc Head Gasket

SDC Lightweight Valve Spring Retainers

Our lightweight titanium retainers allow the engine to be reved harder without the possibility of valve bounce. They are also coated to ensure they are able to handle the additional stress of modified engines. They accept OEM Keepers.
